Provides a simple and efficient means of attaching borderwire to innerspring units.
System allows operators to apply clips from a continuous clip coil at an average rate of 20,000 clips/8 hour shift.
- Application
Pre-clipping operation:
Attaching corners of borderwire to corners of innerspring assembly prior to full clipping by VRC machine
Can also be used to clip entire borderwire to innerspring assembly in low volume operations
